This is absolutely the fastest encryption for large files, with secure
file overwriting.
For non-DOS windows versions (NT 2K XP), you must strictly follow the 8.3
naming and be the administrator user. A copy of the utility must be in the
current working directory which contains the files upon which you are working.
You can't just put it in your PATH, you will get "File error".

The pgp658 Setup.exe. Comes with pgptools which has a nice free space wipe for drives.
The current "owner" of PGP is attempting to prevent cryptome from distributing this version, claiming intellectual property rights.
